What Coaches Look for in New Athletes

Recruitment is all about coaches—mindset, communication, and discipline—and judging.

Key Things Coaches Observe:

Coachability: Athlete feedback is always welcome.

Work Ethic: Hard sessions are never a given.

Game IQ: Able to read situations quickly.

Consistency: 1-5 times a week—maintain the same level every time.

Character: Team bonding, attitude, sportsmanship.

Extra Tip:
Athlete portfolio/profile must be maintained—video clips + training stats + achievements—to increase your selection chances.
