At AthleteTree, we believe that talent knows no borders. Our team comes from the sports world, with experience representing athletes in men’s and women’s sports across multiple disciplines. We’ve built relationships with coaches, recruiters, and athletic programs at the college level, and we understand the recruiting process inside and out.
Our mission is clear:
to provide exposure for athletes worldwide — and to give U.S. college coaches a trusted place to discover new talent.
We are here to fill a gap that has long existed in recruiting. AthleteTree is that platform — designed to highlight talent, connect athletes with opportunities, and help coaches find the next great prospect.
Why We Focus on International and Under-Resourced Athletes
At AthleteTree, our doors are open to all athletes — whether from the U.S. or abroad — who dream of playing college sports. Every athlete deserves a fair chance to be seen by coaches, regardless of background or circumstance.
But we also recognize two groups that are often overlooked in the recruiting world:
- International athletes who may not have the same exposure opportunities, showcases, or connections to U.S. college coaches, despite having equal passion and ability.
- U.S. athletes from under-resourced backgrounds who may not be able to afford expensive camps, club fees, or national showcases that are often required for visibility.
That’s why AthleteTree is committed to both. Our platform highlights international players seeking opportunities in the U.S. while also giving domestic athletes who lack access to traditional recruiting channels the same professional stage to showcase their skills.
By bringing these athletes together — alongside those already on the recruiting radar — we create a truly diverse and trusted talent pool. Coaches know they can come to AthleteTree to discover the best players worldwide, including talented American athletes who otherwise might not be seen.
Our mission is not about replacing existing recruiting paths. It’s about leveling the playing field so that whether you’re from Brooklyn, Brazil, or Bosnia, you can be discovered.
Terms of Use
- Purpose of the Platform
AthleteTree is a neutral visibility platform. We provide tools for athletes to showcase their skills, and for coaches to view profiles and connect where eligible. We are not an agent, recruiter, or guarantor of scholarships or offers.
- NCAA & Governing Body Compliance
AthleteTree is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any governing body.
Users are responsible for following NCAA or equivalent rules regarding recruiting timelines and communication. AthleteTree does not monitor or enforce compliance and is not liable for violations.
- User Roles
- Athletes (Paid) – Create/manage profiles with athletic and academic details.
- Coaches (Free) – Search, filter, and view athlete profiles.
- Parents/Guardians – Consent required for athletes under 18.
- Privacy & Contact
Users should use discretion when sharing personal details.
- Content Standards
Athletes are responsible for the accuracy of their information. Misleading or inappropriate content may result in removal.
- Payments & Subscriptions
Athletes agree to the billing terms provided at checkout. Subscriptions are recurring unless canceled. Refunds, if any, are handled under our payment policy.
- Limitation of Liability
AthleteTree is not responsible for:
- Recruiting violations by users
- Outcomes of recruiting or scholarship decisions
- Accuracy of profile content
- Actions of third-party coaches, recruiters, or institutions

Athletes under 18 must have guardian approval. Parents can request removal or edits to a minor’s profile.
- Security
We use industry-standard protections but cannot guarantee complete security. Use of the site acknowledges these risks.
- Updates
Policies may be updated periodically. Continued site use means acceptance of any changes.
