Who We Are
At AthleteTree, we believe that every athlete deserves the chance to be seen. We are a division of Hardball Ventures, LLC, founded by professionals with deep backgrounds in sports, compliance, and athlete representation. Our team has worked across both men’s and women’s sports, building relationships with college coaches, recruiters, and athletic programs.
We know firsthand how difficult the recruiting process can be — especially for athletes outside the spotlight. That’s why we created AthleteTree: to provide a trusted, affordable, and global platform where athletes can showcase their talents and coaches can discover the next generation of stars.
Our Mission
Our mission is to level the playing field in college recruiting. While some athletes are seen easily through camps, showcases, or elite clubs, many others don’t have that access — whether because of geography, resources, or opportunity
That’s why AthleteTree focuses on:
- International athletes who have the ability and drive but lack exposure to U.S. coaches.
- U.S. athletes from under-resourced backgrounds who may not have the means to attend expensive showcases or national camps.
By bringing both together, we create a truly diverse and trusted talent pool for coaches. Whether an athlete is from Brooklyn, Brazil, or Bosnia, they deserve to be discovered.
